The most important connection I cultivate is the one with my clients. That’s why we’ll begin first with your complimentary consultation call, so I can learn more about your family’s unique needs and biggest vacation goals—this will allow me to personalize every aspect of your escape.
Craft
If you decide to work with me to curate your vacation, I’ll send over my Design Fee invoice to get started. Then, I’ll begin researching and designing your custom itinerary, working with my vetted travel partners to pepper in incredible experiences at every turn. You’ll then be able to review your trip proposal and provide your feedback.
Arrange
Once I incorporate any feedback you may have, we’ll finalize your itinerary. At this point, you’re all set from your end—I’ll be working behind the scenes to book and arrange all of your travel components for you. As your travels draw closer, I’ll then work with you to manage any special requests, like reserving a celebratory dinner or securing your museum tickets.

Before your departure date, you’ll get access to your full itinerary and travel documents via exclusive mobile app. You’ll also receive my personal contact information plus in-destination partner contacts, so you have full coverage if any hiccups arise while you travel. Do you charge a fee for your services?
Yes, I charge a Design Fee that covers my time spent researching, planning, and booking your itinerary, as well as providing support while you travel. The Design Fee may vary depending on the details of your trip (trip length, number of destinations, etc)—once I learn more about what you’re looking for on our consultation call, I’ll share the exact fee with you!
